OK, now, I don't remember having that problem with putting in my password,
but again, realize that there may have been an update since when I tried,
which broke that. Gosh, looks like I may just have to reinstall long enough
to see what's going on.
Chris.

Well I was just saying that I was aware of someone else who had written. I
do not know who to write to so if you would like to put his e-mail contact
on list that would be a start. I really was unsure if it were a sendspace
problem as for example om my Mac Book Air I get clicks when I write in a
password field but many times on my Mac Book Pro there are no clicks in
password fields. I got sighted assistance when putting in my username and
password in the sendspace app and yet Sarah said she was unable to do it
without sighted assistance so we all have different capability levels.

In situations, such as this, EVERYONE having the problem must write to
whoever can fix it. This guy wrote back to me many times, saying that
there was no problem, and stated that they had added the VoiceOver
compatability switch, and everything worked fine for everyone else.
Because they refuse to communicate via anything other email, it is very
difficult, at best, to explain what is going on. I need to retrieve files
from SendSpace on a regular basis, and have given up trying to do it with
my Mac. Instead, I download them to my 10+ years windows xp laptop. This
is quite a pain, as I want to get away from using that machine IIf only we
could convince these guys to check out the issue on their end: run VO and
turn off the screen!! I asked him to do this, several times. Just because
Sarah wrote to him, and I wrote doesn't mean that no one else should bring
the issue with his program. Diane Bomar

Dianne when I first raised this question on list, Sarah said she had
written more than once to sendspace about this to no avail. It is
unfortunate that her e-mails went ignored.

The problem I have with using Sendspace on the Mac, is the one that
Eleanor was referringnto. How many of you have written to SenndSpace,
explaining the problem. I have sent many questions, and get the response
that "no one else seems to be having a problem with VO and Sendspace. nI
have turned on the VO switch, but cannot read the login and password
fieldsSo, Sarah, if you know how to do this, please let me know, and
everyone having problems with this, PLEASE write to that arrogant dude at
Sendspace. It seems that he is the only one there, whereever "there" may
be. I don't think it is in the U.S. Britain, Canada or Australia. Can you
imagine all of the data they control, without any accountability? Sorry, I
know that is off-topic, just food for thought.

Actually turn that off and simply do a vo shift m on the app file. this
will make you more secure. All you need to do then is just hit open once
and it will never bug you again.

1. Have you copied it to your applications folder?
2. have you set up permission to install apps from anywhere in your
