Hi!

You’ll possibly want one of these if you have a Macbook Air or - in my case - a
Mac Mini.

I didn’t buy the drive recommended by Apple, Google told me that the Apple
drive lacked some significant features compared to other drives available such
as the model by Samsung which is also a Blu-Ray drive though I’m yet to work
out how one goes about playing Blu-Ray DVD’S on the Mac but all in good time.

I’ve been ripping Audio CD’S all afternoon using the Samsung drive that came
today and that excellent software XLD, you only have to look at the logs
generated by XLD to see the difference with the new drive compared to the other
software I was using.

Anyway, the Samsung Blu-Ray drive cost around $110 Australian dollars.
