Unfortunately it appears, fairly bizarrely, that nobody is listening or watching the list. Perhaps somebody who knows Gordon personally can get in touch with him, or at least Lynne to try and get the list pulled until it can be resurrected in proper form with only those who want to be on the list participating. in the meantime there is clearly no point in people adding to list traffic with unsubscribe request.
