Hi, I accidentally started my new Internet Explorer and selected something wrong in the language choice. Now, it commonly put a capital E with an accent in front of some words that come off the net. It seems like French. I've tried everything. Reinstalling system, upgrading to 9.2 etc. It seems to retain my prefs here. I'm leery on trashing all files as some of my favourites took a year to find and organize. Has anyone any ideas?
