Well, his technical commentary is ludicrous - clock speed has never been an accurate measure of system performance; G3 and G4 chips run more operations per clock cycle, not less; the difference between the 68k (and present Intel) chips and the powerPC line is Reduced Instruction Set "RISC" chips vs the older Complex Instruction Set "CISC" chips not "PowerPC ISA"; he doesn't realise that some Macs did use the IBM chips. OTOH, I've always wondered at the relationship between Motorola and Apple - before the crash, Motorola certainly wasn't treating Apple like a major customer.
