Initially, I had gone in just to look around and see what new stuff they had. Your example was a great one for how Future Shop staff act. I guess what I was trying to say is that all customers should be acknowledged. When I was working retail, we were told to acknowledge all customers. I certainly don't like having sales staff breathing down my neck but come on....you see a customer in the store, they've been there 10-15 minutes...ignoring them completely and offering no assistance is ridiculous. BTW - "I didn't just stand about" and as I mentioned in my original note, I did tell the manager about I how I felt about their service before leaving. Amber > B.
