Neat, learnt something new (PS in OS 9, you can do the same thing as with
space by having the caps-lock key down).

Apple!

*Much* quicker for me (plus, the "application" menu in OS X is a pain in the
derriere to use), plus for me my Grab doesn't seem to work (can someone
e-mail me their "Image Capture" application please... it seems mine was
corrupted sometime in the distant past (last mod date = Dec 23... about the
time I upgraded to 10.2.3)).

... if I didn't use PDF for anything but screen snapshots I'd just be lazy
and not bother converting with Preview, but since I do, that's not an option
so I use screen snapshot sparingly in OS X.

I will sometimes not bother doing things if it requires even one click ;) (&
as I mentioned above, I find the placement and utility of the 'application'
menu useless, but I guess navigating the sub-menus is less of a hassle than
converting a screen snapshot...).

Why doesn't Apple use the Image Capture app for the screen snapshots (seems
kind of dumb to have the same functionality done by two different sets of
code)?
