So, I my nerve was close to the surface -- especially after Apple downgrading iTunes AS I TYPED BY RANT. I still stand by THE MEAT of what my posts were about, however, especially considering the yesterday's downgrade of iTunes bearing this out. It is wrong for people to have tried to take advantage of this feature by hacking it. And this has wrecked it for the rest of us. I also still believe that people saying that "ideas should be free" miss the point, completely... And perhaps, conveniently. Please stay. Even Eric, whom I have found to be arrogant on most subjects, stay. I don't think he would leave, but I say this because we're a small list of Canuck Mac users, and every one of us counts. File sharing is a tenacious issue, one argued all over the web and not just here and not just by me. If we want to move on and leave this topic behind, I'm all for it.
