That may be true, but I for one (and I am not alone in this opinion, as I
have seen in forums across the web) are upset that the abuse was continued
and THAT ruined it for The Rest Of Us.

Apple wanted no part in aiding and abetting theft, plain and simple. Usage
terms of purchased music is clear on this.
