perhaps an American only offer! They do this a lot from their USA based newsletters, offers etc. I suspect if you read the offer fine print it will be USA residents. There is a Canadian Offer and it is available through some resellers.A fellow teacher has got the deal It costs $75 Cdn but I don't have the details.
