Hmm , have seen kwic.net, golden .net as noted above, you might also check with ispnet.ca (out of Hamilton, my provider). Problem is the smaller and oftimes better ISP's tend to get swallowed by bigger players, Interlynx in Hamilton sold out to Primus last year; I left then having had prior problems with Primus.
