How can I get another invoice?

Could someone please tell me how a non English speaking friend of 
mine can get another invoice from Mac Store??.  They keep shuffling 
him from customer service to Mac Store.  He bought a new computer in 
January and expected the package to include a paper copy of the 
invoice.  It didn't.  Apparently the e-mail sent to confirm the 
purchase was the invoice.  For income tax purposes he needs proof of 
purchase and the e-mail has been deleted.  Can anyone give me any 
idea of what to do for Simon
