I have found the service at London Drugs to be pretty bad and would never buy a computer there for that reason. They make very little effort at my local LD to deal with customers looking at the Mac computers. More often than not, they are hovering around the PC's. I actually went in to this store with a frirend who was wanting to buy a new 20" iMac recently and he had a few questions but after trying to get the attention of a sales staff member for over 15 minutes, we just gave up and took our business elsewhere. I did call back and speak to the manager (who was not available at the time) and conveyed my concerns and advised him of the sale his staff had just lost (not just a computer but new printer and scanner too). Over $5,000 worth. Too bad..so sad. Maybe his staff will be more on the ball next time but they probably don't realize or even care how many sales they have lost.

If a company can't do their job and post their best price, why give them the benefit of the sale. If it wasn't for that other retailer, you wouldn't have gotten it for that price. Buy it from whom you can trust. Sorry for the rant, I just recently lost some sales to retailer who uses that same business practice. It erks me that a customer doesn't realize this behavior will eventually hurt themselves down the road. Ray --------- Londn Drugs does a good job of price matching places like Future Shop. They also have a no-hassle, no restocking fee return policy which is invaluable when something goes wrong.
