Some suggestions: try asking Westworld (on Center St., around 12th Ave. N.). They will know about a Mac user group if anybody does. If that fails, try Round Again Software (1st St. and 17th Ave. N.W.). The place has been around forever, and the proprietor will be able to tell you if there ever was a Mac users group in Calgary. If that fails, try the PC users group. If I recall correctly, they are an umbrella group for many special interest groups and one of them may deal with the Mac. If Calgary does have a Mac users group, don't expect it to be lively. Calgary just isn't a Mac town. If anything, it is dominated by Unix (of course I'm ignoring you-know-who). Oh, a bit of trivia: OpenBSD is based in Calgary. :-) I went to the Mac user group in Toronto. I wasn't very impressed by their general meetings, but they did have a fair size membership. Their other meetings were okay. But that may just be me. I can go to a Linux meeting and soak everything in. Byron. -- Mac Canada is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> and...
