Under Terms and Conditions it states:

Latest Revision December 28th, 2004

You must be a U.S. resident and at least Eighteen years of age or older to
participate.

Considering this is the Mac Canada List, yes I think it's out of line
(though I must admit I'm curious how you 'found it works', assuming
oyu're a Canuk).
On another list I'd likely just call it Spam.
