At myhome we've not experienced any probs. We have mini (tiger) and old
iMac (jaguar) & pm 9500(os9.1)
On a friend's system however that problem was solved when I discovered
painters had put back a filter wrong way around on a phone in the
livingroom.
So the first thing would be look at all phones to be sure they have
filters & installed properly. NO filter at the modem.
It could be old phone lines within your house. Try the modem on a
different jack.
Telus is full of S*** Just look at what they're trying to do with their
workers.
Macs are infinitely easier to deal with for them. They're looking for
any way out of servicing anything these days. Don't forget it's
management you're talking to. They don't know much anyway

Hi
I have just joined Telus for their ADSL connection, and am having some
random disconnection problems. I seem to be getting a little run
around now as Telus tells me now they do not support MACs.
I am running a G4 OSX 4.2.
Do any of you mac' s use Telus ADSL connection and have had a similar
problems and solved them, preferably staying with Telus.
