strangely they say: PC or MAcintosh are supported" but a few
sentences later "Macintosh is not supported".
I suppose that the web page was made by an idiot!

complains that i need Acrobat reader installed. Other than that
access is possible with Safari and Firefox.
What version of Safari you using? cookies enabled? is your password
and code the one that was mailed to you?
