I wonder whether a class action lawsuit has a chance here. Thoughts, anyone?

I think it's a case of government trying to cover its arse when some manager hasn't had the foresight to include the total populace. Happens all the time. If it were to happen in a different way, say " Access to this website restricted to whites" or "Access to this website restricted to right-handed people" you would definitely have a chance of winning your case. Certainly the commonsensical are a minority and the Mac-using community are a small portion of that, but unless you're actually are a lawyer or have a lot dough to waste you'd prolly save alot of money just running a Dell on the side for this kind of stupidity. [& sending some pointedly nasty emails]
