How are you getting this to run on a non-G3 or G4 Mac? I always thought there was enough trouble getting OS X to run on Macs with G3 or G4 upgrade cards (using Rempel's (?) patch) let alone doing it on something older. How do you reckon a 601 Mac would fair? Pretty slooooow I'd guess, but it might be interesting to try.
