Hello Everyone. A little while ago I purchased, from a UK dealer in a clearance deal, OS 8.6 with the intention of upgrading my 6200 from 8.0 to 8.6 at a later date.
I now find I am able to devote time to this project. When the CD is placed on the desktop to view its contents, I find it is listed for G3 Powerbooks. My question is will I still be able to use it to update the OS on my 6200 or have I been sold a incompatibly cd for my computer.?. Does the cd just have extra items on which I could cleared out once the OS is installed.?. Any help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks John Abraham I'M A DWELLER ON THE THRESHOLD.
