Not me guv, I've got a 400 MHz G3 B&W :).

10.2.1 runs *OK* on my 300MHz iBook and well on my 400MHz PowerMac G3. 
I think a large part of the sluggishness of the GUI is down to the 
graphics hardware not the CPU, 10.2 is a bit hard on graphics cards, my 
machines struggle occasionally when it is throwing windows around the 
screen and stuff.
