I didn't mean that literally no G5s will be sold. The article above is about 
knee jerk reaction to a powerful new machine - only the dual CPU models have 
achieved these sales figures, the others are nowhere. Also the Powerbook is a 
consistent seller and Apple needs more of these. 
I certainly don't blame people for buying the G5 for the power. The technical 
innovations of the machine are superb and the internal design is very good. 
I'm not too concerned about the lack of the G4 'drawbridge' motherboard, the 
fixed versus drop-down designs both have pros and cons.
Trouble is it's so pig dog ugly that they will have to hide it under the desk 
and all the holes and through-flow of air make for a fine design for a 
dust-trap, with all the associated hardware failures of a dirty computer.

Correction from earlier: Arriva is not Norwich Union's new name, it's Aviva - 
but the point is the same.
