You would be better to add a 256Mb upgrade at least. You only have 1 spare
memory slot so you would be wasting the 128Mb if you upgraded later. We have
an Ibook snow 500 running 192Mb of memory which works but isnt that snappy
under x.1.5

Agreed. I run osx.2.6 on a DV400 and its spins its pizza for ages. If you
could upgrade the drive to a faster/larger disk cache you should notice some
performance increase.
