1. Upgrading the memory to 192mb RAM (128mb Upgrade)Thats just not a realistic amount of ram for OS X and any amount of software. 256mb should be considered a minimum. 512mb a nice standard.
How fast is the cpu? Really anything less than 500Mhz and you'll probably be looking at a spinning cursor far too often (my partner gets very annoyed with osx on our 233mhz G3!).
