OK...this is slightly off-topic, but what is the best way to dispose of a PRAM battery?

As it is a Lithium cell you should not dispose of it in the household rubbish, try your council's web-site for disposal of hazardous waste, or your local tip. However most places don't appear to have any policy in place for this. The other option would be to ask in your local camera shop as they handle lots of lithium batteries and should have some disposal facility. Ben.
Looks like the camera shop might be the best bet - Bridgend council's web-site says nothing about "normal" batteries, just offers a disposal site for car batteries. I don't think I want to turn up there holding a PRAM battery and asking them to dispose of it :-)
