You do, I'm afraid, even if they were free upgrades.


Do you remember that Apple suddenly stopped magazines putting Mac OS updates on their cover CDs, even though the updates were FOC? You need the permission of the copyright holder.

Especially in the US, with, quite frankly, the world leaders in stupid litigation, you'd be taking too much of a risk.
