Hi listers Since moving to broadband a few months ago I've noticed that the History window in Norton Personal Firewall now remains totally empty of entries (it used to fill within a few days). Presumably my ADSL modem, a Netgear DM602, includes a firewall as well, although no mention of it is made in any of the accompanying blurb?
Recently, I tried to make a secure transaction with the Office for National Statistics (for a copy of a birth certificate) only to find that the site needs firewalls to be turned off before access can be gained. Has anyone any idea how to turn off the supposed firewall in the DM602? Netgear haven't so far responded to my query.
