Out of curiosity, is this with Toast? Built-in OS9 discburner?
The reason I'm asking is that my B&W with the same Lite-On drive is fine with Toast 5.2.1 but OS 9.2.2 discburner keeps getting to the "closing session" stage and getting stuck. Force quitting locks the whole OS :-(

I have the same problem with my Beige 266 DT, OS9.2.2. Works fine with Toast and iTunes,but discburner locks the whole OS. Ian
