Compatibility issue
Travelsupermarket is currently not compatible with your system for the
following reasons:
1. Operating system - has been created for Microsoft Windows based operating
systems (Windows 95 and above). You may proceed to use the site, but may
experience technical problems.

Dear Travelsupermarket.com

I note with interest:

1. Your site's reporting of its apparent inability to work with non-WIndows browsers
2. The message that I can continue to use the site, whereas the incompatibility message comes up at every new page, making it impossible,
3. The fact that there are no practical reasons for not producing web sites compatible with internationally agreed standards.
4. That expedia and travelocity, to name but two competitors, manage to produce non platform-specific sites,
5. That research shows that, Apple Mac users have, on average, higher levels of disposable income than Windows users,

I buy most of my holidays on line. If you don't want my custom, fine. I just hope that your owners and/or shareholders are aware that you are turning away business because of the incompetence and/or laziness of those responsible for setting up your web site.

Yours etc

Stuart Bell,
