No experience of this particular gizmo but sounds like our old
friend/nemesis the Extension conflict. Try turning off all non Apple
Extensions/Control Panels and if that doesn't work trim back on some of the
Apple extensions as well.

What what pint does the the system bomb appear? During or after boot cycle
has completed? Could be an important clue.
