I've used it for one specific developers' programme and one or two 
applescripts. However I found it wasn't usually essential. Most important 
was  to streamline my extensions so far as performance goes for most 
applications. I use 'extensions overload' for that..its very good.

Now, with a great couple of streamlined extension sets,  I still include 
the TSM fix. It gives no conflicts in terms of response.

You can duplicate a set of extensions, and then try it in one, with it off 
in the other. Take your time to notice the difference, under different 
demands by your use of several applications at a time.
