As soon as you�ve typed in the user name and password, you can Quit (not
Force Quit!) the installer and after responding to a dialog that asks if you
want to skip registration you can carry straight on without online
registration or having to enter any address details etc.

yeah that is fine, installation is complete when you get that bit. Just
force restart!

I wish apple would take that registration bit out, as an IT manager I
reinstall Mac's every day, having to fill in that bloody form is
getting on my nerves.
