If the screws are not too tightly screwed in, and you're very careful, then you might get away with it. Make sure it's a tight fit and go carefully, otherwise you'll gouge the head of the screw and have to drill it out!

IGNORE THE ABOVE - I forgot that PBs need smaller Torx than compacts. You can get the torx heads for a couple of quid from market stalls.
