My personal view is that you�re always better off with a 4 port PCI USB 1.1 or 2.0 card rather than a hub � in my experience they�re always much less trouble and you avoid problems of power limitations and, with USB 1.1, the limited bandwidth of a single port being spread too thinly. So my recommendation would be too fit a PCI card and forget the hub.
