Most un-Mac like this.. My G3 800 iBook will no longer join my wireless network. It has happily done so in the past, my iMac continues to do so with no bother, but recenly I have been having to rejoin the network manually. It was always usual for it to lose the connection during sleep but I wasn't too bothered as 2 clicks set it up again.
Once in a while it would fail to join, then it got more frequent. At the end of last week perhaps one in 20 tries, maybe worse, would succeed. Now it wont join at all. The router, a DLink 604+ has worked with no probs in the past. It is set up to filter MAC addresses but both are entered correctly. I have tried setting a new password for the network but to no effect. Any suggestions greatly appreaciated!
