Apple rarely made any cards for NuBus, PDS and SE/30 PDS either...
Apple made quite a large range of Video cards (mostly via SuperMac, Radius or one of their other pet hardware gurus), and a couple of different NICs for NuBus. What you have to remember is NuBus and PDS slots were open architecture. I was more referring to things like the Mezzanine, the various ROM SIMM slots in some Macs that never saw any upgrades, there are all sorts that are dotted all over Macs that have never been used to my knowledge.
