     There's a similar product called eyetv by Elgato systems - ranges
through usb to firewire and there's one on the UK ebay at the moment so I
would imagine it has the ability to convert the signal to whatever is
suitable. I have a scan converter which takes the composite or s-video
signal and converts it to vga compatible and that has a range of PAL and
NTSC formats available - even secam.
