:-) In my defence - the B&W has been, and is still, running OS 9.2.2 most
of the time. But my backup device (a Lite-On CD-RW drive) is only
recognized under 10.x, so I've been spending some time seeing which
applications will work under Classic and which I can replace with OS X
native versions. Then when Tiger has been out and tested long enough I'll
switch 100% to it.....at least that's the plan. If something happens that
makes Tiger on this machine unworkable then I'll have to have a rethink.
I might relegate this machine to 100% server duty if I can sort out a
couple of issues.

I actually don't find 10.1.5 too bad, but there again I'm not doing that
much under it at the moment. Having 1GB of RAM helps as well, whereas
having that much under OS 9.2.2 is overkill for my usage.

Most of my OS X work is done with Tiger on this iBook, so I haven't
completely lost my senses :-)
