I started to check the source information for the various messages that
failed and those that get through...

The difference seems to be (correct me anyone if I am wrong):

Messages that did not get through:

Mime-version: 1.0
Content-type: text/plain;
    charset="US-ASCII"
Content-transfer-encoding: 7bit

Those that did/do get through from us both:

MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII; format=flowed

And your message to me requesting the forward was:

--Apple-Mail-36-243426651
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
Content-Type: text/enriched;
    charset=US-ASCII

I did notice that the progress window in Entourage showed the messages that
did not get through with a small transfer 'blue' bar (indicating the
transfer) indicating the message was larger than the normal 2 or 3kB size of
'normal' plain text messages I send...

We both tried to convert the failed messages to plain text from the native
rich text but something must not be converted properly???

Can anyone more intelligent make sense of this?

Richard
