Hi all. Decided to switch to a wireless life, and bought a Bluetooth
keyboard and mouse to go with my MacMin. All works wonderfully, and am very
happy. But when I reboot the machine, the mouse icon does not appear, so I
can't log in - unless I reconnect my old "wired" USB mouse. Can this be
possible? Surely I should be able to go completely wireless, especially as
Apple is selling the macMini with a wireless keyb/mouse option? Any help,
gratefully received.

i had this problem with my BT mouse. it used to take an age to pair. the top tip is to double click the mouse once you mac has booted which should pair it. I dont think it will auto pair as you'll use your batteries up if the mouse is connected all the time. I dont bother with the mouse much as i have a powerbook so always use the trackpad.

hope that helps.
