while you'll probably get the cheap updater route to Tiger. (was about �15
for me in similar position re Jaguare to Panther). The updater Mac OS DVD
will likely ONLY work over an existing panther Installation. first time this
is no problem but if needing to install fresh it would be a nuisance to have
to put Panther on first.
