I just want to say that how much I appreciate the way BT does business. why - only this morning, BT generated 2 billable hours of work for me by denying a BT Broadband customer access to its SMTP server because they use Freeserve as an email host. They did the same to someone else a few weeks ago because they choose to use a different competitor for their email. A few months ago, they generated an extra hour of work for me by telling new customer their broadband login name was [EMAIL PROTECTED] when in fact it was [EMAIL PROTECTED] I could go on ... and on. Anyway, I don't mean to 'dis' BT as I do appreciate their efforts to make work for self employed computer consultants such as myself. I really should write a 'thank you' letter but I am afraid they'll take it a criticism and change their behaviour.
