Yes, I do have the same problem. I just Junk them and hope the filter in Mail.app works out the pattern. Failing that I think Apple will work it out in the end.
FWIW I'm getting identical copies of them on my GMail account (the one I use for the new Google'd LEM lists and other public sites)
