Since m198 should contain the data to do a 2.2 build, I have done a

Hm SRC680_m198 is not yet ready. (no cws-announce, no rss feed)
why did you resync?
m198 has updated version info that is required for the DS_Store file
so that full testing can be done.
This milestone is available in EIS and CVS. Markit on IRC, has also
been looking for the topic of #openoffice.org changed to reflect the
new milestone being available.
