My first CWS macosxdmgapplink is now ready for QA. I have currently
set ericb as the QA representative, though if anyone else wishes to
take on this task, you are more than welcome.

This needs to be integrated soon (before the end of the month, if my
memory serves me correctly) so that it can be included in
OpenOffice.org 2.2.
I have made the DS_Store file such that it will work for ooo 2.2. To
do this I changed the version numbers in
instsetoo_native/util/openoffice.lst from 2.1 to 2.2.
Please test.
