There is, actually. You need to display *all* the headers, and look for lines 
which read "Delivered to:". If it has been moderated, there will be two such 
lines, on of which will read "Delivered to: Moderator". The other will 
read "Delivered to:<your email address>"

Any reasonable email client will allow you to switch between full headers and 
abberviated headers (in Kmail it's under the "View" menu).
