[mac] [Issue 77862] README for Alpha1 of OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X 10.4 (AQUA)

Issue 77862 has been opened and a draft README attached as discussed  
at the MAC port meeting Friday.

IMHO we need to keep it short enough to be read on the download  
page.  The user won't have much patience for a long winded explanation.
