as a basic user, I'd suggest to add a line in the installation description
to make clear to the end user if he can safely install the aqua version side
by side with a X11 version without corrupting pref files and setups of the
X11 version (which is the case I think).

As it is my experience as a user that users do not read anything apart
from the first 20 lines which are in sight in their reader, I would
suggest to order the document in such a way that:

-in 2 lines everybody knows this version will crash and take your data with you
-in 8 lines everybody knows that printing does not work, starting from
a shared folder does not work, etc. Stick to the things that are
important to users
-make clear where to report problems
-then start with the remarks about being the first alpha not ready for
production use etc
-the full list of bugs

My first 20 lines:

OpenOffice.org for Mac OS X 10.4, Tiger with the AQUA interface

WARNING: THIS SOFTWARE WILL CRASH AND WILL DESTROY YOUR DATA DO NOT
USE THIS SOFTWARE FOR REAL WORK

This is a alpha test version so that developers and users can find out
what works and what not, and make comments on how to improve it.

WHAT DOES NOT WORK IN THIS VERSION:
-You can not print
-Starting OpenOffice from a shared folder does not work
-You can not copy and paste parts of a document
-OpenOffice will crash after quitting it

I would also recommend that this version would be in a package
installer version, just for the sake that you can stick this message
in the installer.
