Hi,

Please review
http://porting.openoffice.org/mac/download/aqua.html

Can you please add something saying X11 is not needed anymore ? Like :

OpenOffice.org Aqua - requires Mac OS X 10.4 (Tiger).

and does not require X11 anymore (this is IMHO one extremely important point)

.. or better (it is up to you :-) )

Good idea.

Other question: what is the problem with shared folder ? (Starting OpenOffice.org from a shared folder does not work )

I don't know what the problem is. I'm only going by the information I was given. Would it be possible for someone to test this in an appropriate environment? I don't have a remote home folder, and don't currently have the facilities to produce one. Does using an AFP mount, enough to do the test?

Is this point very important ? I'd prefer put it in the bottom of the list ...

Last but not least, yes, add X11 and Aqua in the name to make things clear is important.

Please elaborate. In the mane of what?

Shaun
