We can build successfully for DEV300_m3, DEV300_m2 on Tiger PPC.
This is only PPC issue. I can build on Intel without problems.

uniprocess build was successful (DEV300_m5) on my PPC :(
somehow...
I take this to mean Maho has got it working even if he doesn't quite
know how.
